Privacy Policy

ChurchOps is designed to protect sensitive church information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it secure.

1. What ChurchOps stores

ChurchOps stores the information entered by authorized church leaders, such as member directory details, attendance records, finance records (collections and expenses), tasks, follow-ups, programs, anniversaries, and related operational data.

2. Pastoral notes

Where enabled, pastoral prayer notes may be stored in ChurchOps. These notes are restricted to the Pastor only through role-based access controls.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share church data with third parties for marketing or advertising.

4. Data hosting

ChurchOps uses a secure cloud architecture. Access is restricted and protected using modern security practices appropriate for internal church administration tools.

5. Access control

Access to ChurchOps is controlled by the church through role-based permissions. Only authorized users can access approved areas. Sensitive information is restricted by role.

6. Data export and deletion

A church may request a data export and/or deletion of its data. Requests will be handled within a reasonable time, subject to identity verification and administrative confirmation.

7. Contact

For privacy questions or data requests, contact the ChurchOps team through your onboarding channel or the website contact form.
